Ed's Notes: First a point of clarification: This is the Golden Age Hero, Johnny Quick, not the Johnny Quick from the Anti-Matter Universe / Crime Syndicate. (Who is actually an evil version of Barry Allen's Flash anyway.) And let's get a second point out of the way up front: Yes, this is a poor man's Flash.
The entry above is a Combination of both sources, taking the best of each. The BG/R Book's main flaw is that it gives him the Running Power instead of Superspeed. Lame. On a FAR lesser note, it also leaves off his Buddy Advatgae. The WaW Sourcebook only gives him 45 Hero Points, leaves off His Dodging Skill and his All-Star Squadron Connection. Overall, the WaW version is the better one, but I feel like this entry is still fair.
