Ed's Notes: Probably not how he was depicted in the Golden Age, but I dig the pic above and the jack-the-ripper style interpretation it l;ends itself to. This guy's not a heavy hitter, but could be very effective as a support villain, as well as for setting the mood, if you want Victorian-era style creepy.

    1. That's a good question! I've been out of town, but when I got home I had to go back and double-check and sure enough the WaW Sourcebook does say Force FIELD. *HOWEVER*... What you ask/suggest makes a lot more sense. It can still FUNCTION as a Shield, but he can attack with it as well. And at 18/18, depending on how much he's using for defense, that would be substantial, though not necessarily entirely overwhelming. And that would describe, pretty well, where he was in the Justice League Animated Series. So... House rules? Yeah, I dig it! (But, to confirm, the GAME does say "Field.")
