Ed's Notes: This is the second character to be know as Decay. The first was a Supergirl villain, this one is a Wonder Woman villain. She was created by Phobos to curry favor with Ares, so I added that connection. Also added Strange Appearance, because... dude. Otherwise I took the Writeups entry pretty much as-is. I feel like her powers  should be touch only, or have limited range, but I don't know the character well enough to  be comfortable imposing that at this time. The description of her powers in Writeups reads:

"Her very touch would immediately age and wither anyone with whom she made contact, ultimately causing death.Equally as deadly was her breath. It would cause whatever it touched to crumble into dust. Furthermore her very presence caused objects around her to slowly dissolve."

So that sounds like there should be some combination of Touch Only, Area Effect and Always On in the somewhere. Feedback on that in the comments would be greatly appreciated! ;)

Also, that girl in the corner looks like she needs a lok-nar.

First Appearance: Wonder Woman Vol 2 #3 (April, 1987)

  1. In Wonder Woman #4, her breath attack (which looked more like disintegration than energy blast) definitely has significant range--she crumbles the base of a fairly large statue while flying above rooftops. Her fatal vulnerability to life energy is what caused her downfall--the magic lasso made her explode into dust in about 8 panels.
