Ed's Notes: Too cool a character to pass up. The biggest change I made from the Writeups entry was the way his Tranq Rifle works. Their interpretation was... weird. I don't know... I think I know what they were going for? But it was definitely NOT "Occam Legal." (Lol - I still can't believe they claim that to be rule of theirs!) So I did what I think they wanted the way I would have. As with most of these things, I'm happy to consider any feedback to improve on anything that I may be missing the mark on, so please feel free to let me know in the comments. 


(Oh, and since "Enhanced Initiative" isn't a thing in DCH, I just dropped that and gave him Lightning Reflexes instead.)
