Ed's Notes: Jack Hess, as far as I can tell, was on original creation for the 1st Edition Moonshot module. But WOW, what an interesting character! OK, yeah, the "Rocket Pistol" is a bit silly, not to mention WAY overpowered for a non-superpowered villain. But Mayfair really created s cool character here: An aggressive, political pundit and talk show host, who built an empire dealing in illegal arms behind the scenes with his wealth. So the players could be made aware of some Right Wing Shock Jock (kind of a cross between Ted Nugent and Rush Limbaugh) as background noise, and all the while, he's selling arms to Governments and Terrorists around the world, always on the down low. How do you DO that? No idea. (Do I look like an international terrorist and arms dealer to you?!) But it 
would pretty cool to try and figure it out!

And while the Conclave is an interesting group, and concept for an evil corporation, Mayfair never stated ANY of the out. So a couple of originals from this Module is all we've got.
