Ed's Notes: I'm finding a lot of interesting "forgotten" villains in the modules. And I like that. I like having entries of obscure characters that actually comes from material published by Mayfair. And the module, Come On Down, literally features a team CALLED "The Forgotten Villains!" That's perfect! This thing is a BEAST - RV of 20, one column higher than Superman's! (Which should offset the Growth Penalty to his OV. That still applies, when Always On, yeah?) I feel like in 3rd Edition, it wouldn't have any mystical stats. I suppose he could be considered sentient, but it really isn't, as it's at the mercy of whomever possesses its Control Ring. That's Mr. Poseidon at the moment. At one point Atom-Master had it, and it would be possible for a PC to get a hold of it - though they shouldn't be allowed to keep it, unless it was the plan all along to make a new character that would be like a Hogarth Hughes to this Iron Giant. In any case, Ultivac would be immune to any direct Character Interaction (It CAN'T BE REASONED WITH!) due to him being control remotely. Now... Character Interaction against whomever is using the Ring? That's a different story!
