Ed's Notes: Well... This is weird.  So... It's a computer virus, released by Bromwell Stikk, who gave Stikk his magic... stick.  And, yes, it's an evil entity, but then... Why was it trapped in a computer?  Best not to ask questions I guess.  In any case, it can manifest all of your worst nightmares and is nigh indestructible.  Pretty badass final boss, if Mister Twister is the disc one boss.

Also, might look like THIS:

or THIS:

Yeeeeeah... I think I like the more recent one. Lol

RING [Body: 2, Flame Project: 5, Hypnotism: 8, Dimension Travel: 12]

Ed's Notes: The demonic form of Bromwell Stikk and really the first real "super-villain" faced by the Teen Titans. Even as derpy as he looks, MUCH cooler looking that his 17th-Century colonial look. Lol.

BTW... What Does the Ring need Hypnotism if it's going to rated less than his inherent Power?!

Ed's Notes: The human form of Bromwell Stikk and really the feel real "super-villain" faced by the Teen Titans. BTW... If his shtick is weather and tornadoes and shit... Why does he dress like one of the 13 colonists?  It was even more evident in earlier renditions...

What's he going for here? Drunk, but bad-ass, Benjamin Franklin? (With an Indian Staff?) Weird dude. Tougher as the Gargoyle.
