Foe of: Batman

Ed's Notes: Next to Talia, Ra's al Ghul family retainer Ubu is one of his most trusted and loyal servants. Ubu was not a major character per se, but was important enough to be included in Ra's al Ghul's introductory episode ion Batman the Animated Series, and he was brought back in the new 52, so I believe his inclusion here is warranted. Writeups.org had his Martial Artist at 9, but I fell like that's way too high. At 7 he can handle any soldier or terrorist in the world, but he shouldn't be able to fend off superheroes. They also gave him the Growth Power (rating of 1, Always On) but I didn't think that was necessary.

Ed's Notes:  2nd Edition Leaves off his Medicine Skill, all mentions of Invulnerability and lists a lower Wealth, of 15.  Also, in the comics I've seen him in a sword fight with Batman. so it seems like House Rules granting him:
