Ed's Notes: Snapper Carr is the Jar-Jar Binks of the DC Universe. He started his career as the JLA's "Mascot." Basically, he accidentally defeated Starro the Conqueror and so they gave him a badge and decoder ring. And if you've ever read those comics, you might remember that Carr spoke in such think, layered, stupid and nonsensical slang that it rendered any page with him on it completely unreadable. Just imaging trying to say something. Something simple. ANYTHING. Now find a way to say it in a dozen or more unnecessary words that only sound like actual slang to the lamest old person you know who's trying to make fun of hipsters, except that he's never actually MET one and he sucks at it. Then later he blunders into arguably the most useful power in the DC Universe: Teleportation: 50, usable on others. So... Drop someone off right above the sun, or just outside a black hole and *snap* Teleport back. 99.9% of problems solved. Oh... And, no, he doesn't HAVE to *snap* to use his powers. He's just stupid and snaps ALL THE FUCKING TIME! Oh, and Snapper? 1983's Michael Jackson called and he wants his Boots and Jacket back!!! How the hell did this dweeb end up with Churljenkins, even is she IS just a poor man's Zap Brannigan's Alien Space Babe?!
2nd Edition rates his Teleportation at 45, and leaves out the Limitation about him having to have been somewhere or be able to picture it in his mind in order to Teleport there.
