(former) foe of: Ch'p

Ed's Notes: One of the least menacing (and therefore easiest to underestimate?) villains in all of the DC Universe. 1st Edition actually rating his Scientist and Gadgetry Skills at 20 AP's apiece. LOL... Yeah right! That puts him above BRAINIAC in those categories. So... No. I've lowered his scores there to be between Batman's and Lex Luthor's, and he's closer to Batman's. (Luthor had a Scientist: 25, and Brainiac a
Scientist: 30 in 1st Edition, so this keeps his roughly in line with were he I think he should be once scaled to 3rd Edition.)

The Sucker Stick was given no stats in the 1st Ed GL Sourcebook. So I have NO IDEA what it can do. Maybe he used his Gadgetry and Scientist Skills to put Powers on it? Bested on some reading I could see it having Bomb, Flash, Energy Blast, Lightning, Magnetic Control, and really the GM should have a bit of fun with this.

prominent members: Ch'p, Dr. U'bx

Ed's Notes: Just in case you wanted a whole BUNCH of anthropomorphic chipmunks in your game!

BTW... The ADCU did not include the Shrinking Power. But 1st Edition DID, for two ther H'Lvenite characters so I feel it makes sense to include it. I'm not calling the 1st Edition Green Lantern Source book a "source" though, as nothing else was carried over. If you're interested, you can refer to pages 30 and 72 of that book as a reference.

Limitation: Shrinking is Always on

Advantages:  Connections: Dr. U'bx (High), Green Lantern Corps (High)

Drawbacks: Forced Exile (pre-Crisis H'lven); Innocent; Uncertainty

Alter Ego: None
Motivation: Responsibility of Power
Occupation: Green Lantern of Sector 1014
Wealth: 4

Equipment:

POWER RING [Body: 16, Int: 10, Comprehend Languages: 20, Flight: 40, Force Manipulation: 16, Invulnerability: 18, Life Sense: 40, Omni-Power: 8, Recall: 20, Regeneration: 4, Sealed Systems: 16, Skin Armor: 4, Spirit Travel: 50] Limitations: Life Sense can only detect other Green Lanterns. Ring loses 1 AP of Force Manipulation and Omni-Power for each AP of Skin Armor activated. Ring is useless against anything colored yellow. Ring must be recharged every 24 hours using the Power battery. The Ring's Body is only 6 when not being worn.

Power Battery [Body: 25, Energy Absorption: 18, Invisibility: 15, R#: 2] Limitations: Power Battery can only be used to charge the user Ring for 24 hours. Invisibility only works on Battery, functions per user's will.

Ed's Notes: A Green Lantern from the planet H'Lven.  For the record, I'm not a huge fan of the cute, anthropomorphic animal aliens characters. Also, if you have Ch'p, why the fuck would you even need G'Nort? (Fine, cute vs. stupid, but still... Why DO you need G'Nort?!) On the other hand, this could be a really fun character to play as the big bad villains would constantly be underestimated him - everywhere outside of his space sector anyway! (Plus he gets an Alex Ross painting, so... yeah, there's that!)
