Ed's Notes: One of the least menacing (and therefore easiest to underestimate?) villains in all of the DC Universe. 1st Edition actually rating his Scientist and Gadgetry Skills at 20 AP's apiece. LOL... Yeah right! That puts him above BRAINIAC in those categories. So... No. I've lowered his scores there to be between Batman's and Lex Luthor's, and he's closer to Batman's. (Luthor had a Scientist: 25, and Brainiac a Scientist: 30 in 1st Edition, so this keeps his roughly in line with were he I think he should be once scaled to 3rd Edition.)

The Sucker Stick was given no stats in the 1st Ed GL Sourcebook. So I have NO IDEA what it can do. Maybe he used his Gadgetry and Scientist Skills to put Powers on it? Bested on some reading I could see it having Bomb, Flash, Energy Blast, Lightning, Magnetic Control, and really the GM should have a bit of fun with this.

BTW... The ADCU did not include the Shrinking Power. But 1st Edition DID, for two ther H'Lvenite characters so I feel it makes sense to include it. I'm not calling the 1st Edition Green Lantern Source book a "source" though, as nothing else was carried over. If you're interested, you can refer to pages 30 and 72 of that book as a reference.

Welcome to the Mayfair Games DC Heroes RPG online Character Database!

This is a older game, long out of print, but I was a huge fan of it (obviously) and would love to get a group back together at some point. In the meantime, I hope you find this resource to be both useful and enjoyable.

The information contained herein comes primarily from the second and third editions of the game, although if a character exists only in the (pre-Crisis) 1st edition, and I feel that their stats can be reasonably used and be a good fit with the later (post-Crisis) editions, I may include them as well, for completeness sake. Eventually all entries will include links to previously published versions of the character, and ALL character information on any given page will be cited back to the published source material. Links between the characters, their Connections, Teams, Bases of Operation, etc... will be included as often as possible - which should make this more interesting.

I may also include some notes with some of the entries, explaining how I might change the character in my campaigns - Handling connections differently (because I interpret the JLA and JLI my own way, and don't even recognize the JLE, for example), adding skills (how does Bat-Girl have a Batarang, but not the Weaponry skill?!) And in some cases just some general thoughts. (Likes/dislikes, head-scratchers, etc...)

I also think there should be a discussion, if people are interested in having one. So please leave comments, but also bear in mind that this is meant to be a FUN place for people with a shared interest and hobby. So, PLEASE, stay on topic and DON'T BE A DICK! ;)
