Ed's Notes: 2nd Edition defines and describes his power VERY differently.  One important detail... In 2nd edition he automatically gains the AP's of anything Power Drained by Psi-Phon. No additional role was needed. He he is give the Adaption Power, with the above Limitations. Does that mean that they need TWO rolls - Psi-Phon's Neutralize and Dreadnaught's Adaptation - for Dreadnaught to adapt a Power? Seems less efficient.

(EDIT: The above statement in incorrect, Adaptation is a Automatic Power.)

First Appearance: Superman Vol 2 #19 (July, 1988)
