Ed's Notes: A minor, but visually memorable Batman villain. Took up being a hitman so he could kill criminals. So basically another, "What Batman might have become," villain.
In terms of the adaptation... Writeups included a Skill called "Evade," but I couldn't find it in BoH, so I left it out entirely. I neglected to limit his Acrobatics to Dodging and "Athletics" (Gymnastics?) as they did. I just didn't see the point. I left off "Secret Identity." First off, that's not really a DRAWBACK for a CRIMINAL anyway. But basically no one knows who he is. That... not really a secret identity. Finally I modified his weapons ever so slightly, to match the closest descriptions found on page 123 of the 3rd Edition Rulebook. EV's are all the same, so it won't affect game-play much, if at all. Otherwise, I felt the Writeups write-up was pretty spot on. Maybe a slightly higher Spirit? Won't really matter against Batman anyway though. So it's good.
