Ed's Notes: A crooked lawyer, who could add some diversity to the standard array of super-villain defense lawyers (which in my world is basically G. Gordon Godfrey) if you chose to use him that way. Once disgraced, he can come back as an armored villain in a diverse, but not over-power battlesuit.

Ed's Notes: Second Edition sources give him 50 Hero Points and omit his Connection: Green Arrow (High). In addition the Background Rosterbook omits the Acid, Boxing Glove, Cryonic, Sonic and Smokescreen Arrows, but includes:


Stun Arrow [Str: 8, Body: 1]

Parachute Arrow [Str: 4, Body: 1, Gliding: 2]

..which the Titans sourcebook omits.  Titans soucebook also list the Acid Arrow as Acid: 8 and the Boxing Glove Arrow as EV: 8. The Background Rosterbook lists the Bola, Handcuff  and Net Arrows as having a Str/Body of 7/7 and the Grappling hook arrow as having a Str of 7.  Quantities vary by source as well.
