Ed's Notes: The 2nd Edition character represents a pretty effective middle point between the Year One and the Updated Version (both) from the 3rd edition.  The Background Rosterbook omits hi Reflection/Deflection Power, as does 3rd Edition, but the Titans Sourcebook included it, so I've included here. Seriously, I think I'd be evil too if I was just slightly less than my sibling in every measurable way. But... She's the QUEEN, so... I guess she won? (I hope she's happy.) BTW... Can she FLY? Because I thought she could. Starfire can. But no version of this character includes that ability. So... *shrug* Guess not?
