Ed's Notes: I'm finding a lot of interesting "forgotten" villains in the modules. And I like that. I like having entries of obscure characters that actually comes from material published by Mayfair. And the module, Come On Down, literally features a team CALLED "The Forgotten Villains!" That's perfect! Oh... And ONCE AGAIN, we have a "genius" villain who can LITERALLY make Gold and Diamonds with his mind, and rather than STOPPING THERE and just DOING THAT, he uses these things to finance crimes where he can... wait for it... STEAL FUCKING MONEY?! Wh... WHY?! YOU CAN LITERALLY MAKE MONEY OUT THIN FUCKING AIR! What the hell do you need CRIMES for at this point?! YOU'RE DONE! That the "W" and go the fuck home! Jesus.

Ed's Notes: Normally I need to keep reminding myself that the villain needs a goal or a purpose other than beating up the hero. But... Not so much with this guy! Lol. A small time thug who's managed - several times now - to score (steal) a LEXCORP BATTELSUIT. Unless Mr. Luthor is letting him steal these, hey might have a bigger enemy to worry about than the Atom!

Ed's Notes: The Atom one-time girlfriend, wife and now ex-. They did a LOT with this character... She was a murderer (accidentally,) went insane, was possessed by Eclipso... For a relatively unknown supporting cast member of a B-list Hero, she had quite a run, beyond her work in the Ivy Town DA's office.

Ed's Notes: More or less based on Mickey Spillane, Brawler is tough-guy author who's most recent success was the biography he collaborated with the Atom on.

Ed's Notes: Seems like a lot of Heroes follow the same pattern a movie franchises. You've got the original that's beloved, but the sequel was better. Then the third ones comes along and it's crap. Lol. I'm joking, but did we really another guy who SHRINKS?!

Drawbacks: Serious Irrational Attraction: Atom is very sensitive about his height, and frowns on "short jokes"; Mistrust (1951-'55 only); Secret Identity

Alter Ego: Al Pratt

Motivation: Upholding the Good
Occupation: Physics Professor
Wealth: 5

Ed's Notes: This combines both entries, as the WaW Soucrebook omits Connection: All-Star Squadron (High) and his Mistrust Drawback. B/R Book lists his Occupation as Physics "Student," but his Scientist of 7 and Wealth of 5 tell me that the WaW book has it right.  Also, the B/R Book lists his Str as 5/12 and his Body as 6/9. But it gives no indication as to when to apply the higher number. The WaW book leaves them out, but talks about his "Superhuman Strength" and "lifting a car over his head" in his description. So... I'm confused about that. What I've read of All-Star Comics suggests he had NO actual super-powers, just Charles Atlas Training.  But if anyone has any information or suggestions, I'm open to them.

Bonus: Every AP's of Density Increase activated, adds one Column Shift to his Str, negating the Str penalty of Shrinking.

Limitations:
Shrinking reduces Str and Weight by 1 for each AP activated. Teleportation only works across phone lines. Gliding can only be used when a minimum of 8 AP's of Shrinking are in effect.

Advantages: Connections: Ivy University (High), Justice League of America (High); Genius; Insta-Change

Drawbacks: Married, Public Identity

Ed's Notes: The Italicized section of Limitation was reworded from the official entry. The entry in both the BG/R book and the JL Sourcebook refer to Density Increase "negating Column shifts bonus to the opponents RV" when shrinking in is effect.  The problem is... Neither the 1st, 2nd nor 3rd editions make any mention of the opponent gaining an RV bonus when the power is used in their descriptions of the power.  They DO mention Str and Weight reduction though, so I used that, with the 'bonus' that it could be offset with the use of Density Increase.  I'm not tying to introduce "house rules" here, the original entry just made NO SENSE when you read the entry on the actual Shrinking Power. Also, to count the "Column Shifts" of "Str" (which is odd) consider that he starts at 8, goes down to -8 at full Shrinking. Figure he's now in the (hypothetical) [-7 to -8] column. Five columns back up would go through
[-6 to -5], [-4 to -3], [-2 to -1], [0] and finally end up in [1-2] column. So he could effective attack with a Str of [1-2] at full shrinking while maintaining an OV of 17. Unfortunately, he'd still have an AV of just 1, due to the Density Increase penalties to Dex. (Do we need another bonus here: Density Increase doesn't decrease Dex? This is already getting kinda messy! Maybe just eliminated the Limitation?! Maybe. This character ends up pretty useless as-is. Damn.)

Also, the BG/R Book left off his JLA (High) Connection and his Married Drawback. Otherwise the two are the same.
