Ed's Notes: While he fought for Japan in WWII, he earned the respect of many of the America Meta-Humans he encountered, due to his deep sense of honor.  He was not a bad man per se, just on the wrong side.  He started out in Axis Amerika, but left that group for this very reason.  Treat this sense of honor the way you would a Catastrophic Irrational attraction.


BTW... A SWORD with an EV: 10?!  Is it magical?!

 She started her career as a Japanese operative for Axis Amerika, but underwent a heel-face turn and joined up with the Young All-Stars. One of the rare aquatic characters than can survive indefinitely out of the water (at least according to the game) and would be pretty tough to take down in the water for all but the heavier hitters.

Ed's Notes:
 The only Japanese member of Axis Amerika and the only one who real name is known.  Considering the propaganda fed to the those pilots, and the lost cause that they ultimately gave their life for, not to mention the sailors on the few ships they DID manage to hit, this one feels a bit... inappropriate.  BUT... Axis Amerika was essentially a propaganda outfit, so this guy would serve that purpose well. (And help recruit so many more young men to go off a die in a misguided and long since lost cause.)

Ed's Notes: The Nazi Superman, at least in the Golden Age.  He's the muscle behind Axis Amerika, and named for a concept of Niezsche's that ended up arguably becoming the most tragically misappropriated idea in human history.  Along with Baron Blitzkrieg and Captain Nazi, one wonders how a group would react to a GM portraying such characters appropriately, especially if they somewhat campy, war-propaganda stories of the day were being translated into a more realistic, gritty modern style.  Well... Hopefully they'd take some satisfaction in beating them. In REALLY, BEATING them. But... Yeah. That would have to be handled with care to be sure.
