Ed's Notes: The Red Hood is one of the cooler newer-ish Character in DC of late, IMHO. Basically, Ra's al Ghul used his Lazarus Pit to resurrect Jason Todd, and train him up in the intervening years into a deadly assassin, on par with Batman and Nightwing, physically and skill-wise. The only issue with including him in a game is that for him to have any impact, the game is clearly taking place well AFTER the death of Jason Todd. If you prefer to world build, starting out and writing your own history, as I would, then it will be a while before you could introduce him. But... damn, what an impact that could have!

The write-up above was based mostly of off my friend, Mark Compton's (linked to above.) I changed a few things, tweaked some stats to be more in line with where I thought Jason might be, based on how Dick progress from Robing the Boy Wonder to Nightwing, keeping in mind that Dick was already trained up a bit when he started, while Jason wasn't. I removed one or two things that I believe came from Blood of Heroes, and tweaked the Weapons to be more in line with those on page 123 of the 3rd edition Rulebook. Finally, I ADDED some weapons (and tweaked some others) based on the Writeups.org entry and what I could observe form some snippets of the Under the Red Hood animated movie.

Thanks a ton to Mark, and be sure to check out his blog!

Ed's Notes: This entry represents Harley after she was hooked up with some super-serum by Poison Ivy. By this point she's mostly over the Joker (mostly) and pretty capable on her own. BTW... "Big Smasheroony" was the name given to her comically over-sized mallet in the DC Legends Mobile Game. I think it's funny, so I kept it. :)  Also... Hard to pin down her "First Appearance." She first appeared in Batman the Animated Series, and then in the Batman Adventures comics based around that series. But since this is the version of the character that developed in canon, I'm using her first in canon appearance in the Comics:

First Appearance: Batman: Harley Quinn #1 (October, 1999)

Ed's Notes: This entry represents Harley as she very first appeared, totaly cowed and pwned by the joker, and pretty much useless without him. Later in her career, she gets 'Roided up a bit by Poison Ivy, and her Physical Attributes improve greatly. This moght explain why she can beat Nightwing hand-to-hand in Batman and Harley Quinn, but was always being manhandled by the Joker in the Batman Animated Series. BTW... "Big Smasheroony" was the name given to her comically over-sized mallet in the DC Legends Mobile Game. I think it's funny, so I kept it. :)

Ed's Notes: Do you know how hard it is to find a picture of Jason Tood, in the original Robin suit, where he's not dead or getting the shit kicked out of him?  Now, if anyone wants to take a stab at doing Red Hood, I'm game to check it out. But I don't know nearly enough about the charecter. Another interesting point... While the Batman RPG leaves of his Acrobatics skill (which they do for everyone) it DOES give him back most of the equipment listed above that other sources omit.  So I'm including it all here.

Ed's Notes: This was the first Robin to get a decent Costume re-design.  Poor Jason Todd still had to run around looking like a Rodeo Clown halfway through getting dressed.  3rd Edition is beefed up considerably from the version in the Teen Titans Sourcebook. (Which could serve as a Tim Drake-Year one, maybe?) The Who's Who entry also includes a LOT more Equipment that the 3rd Ed. Rulebook does.

Ed's Notes: The Who's Who seems to conflate the Thermal Flashlight with the Bat-Torch. So I've separated them out, and filled in the blanks, based on Batman's similar equipment. The 2nd Edition books all rate her Charisma at 7.  The Batman RPG omits her Acrobatics and Martial Artist skills entirely and gives her:

Drawbacks: Traumatic Flashbacks; Uncertainty

...which I would think apply more to Oracle, but there you go. And shouldn't all versions include:

Drawbacks: Secret Identity...?

The second edition books omit, or list largely different equipment, all of which I would consider allowable (see below).

Batcycle [Str: 4, Body: 7, Running: 6, R#: 2]

Batarang [Body: 7, Gliding: 2]

Smoke Pellets [Body: 1, Fog: 8]

And neither the Batarang, nor the Bat-Shuriken make any sense to have without House Rules granting her:

Skills: *linked
Weaponry: 7*

Finally... Why list the Utility Belt? All is has is Body: 4.  Isn't it just assumed?  Should it also have Str: 1, Limitation: Str only usable for holding up pants?
